Questions about orders
To which countries do you ship?
We ship from Germany to all EU countries as well as to Switzerland. Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not possible.
Do you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, we also ship to Switzerland. For shipments to non-EU countries, net prices are calculated, meaning the German VAT does not need to be paid. Please note that import costs such as customs, taxes, and fees may apply.
Can I have an order delivered to a parcel station?
Yes, we also deliver to DHL parcel stations. Please enter the parcel station data instead of the street when placing your order.
What are the shipping costs?

How can I pay?
All available payment methods are explained on our website under „payment methods“.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service with your order number to initiate the cancellation.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log into your customer account and go to „My Orders“. There you will find current delivery information.
Questions about returns
What if something doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Returning an order is straightforward. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items ordered in the online shop.
How do I return a product?
All information on returns can be found on the return form included with your order and on our website under „returns“. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging without damaging the product packaging or removing labels. Custom-made items and mounted blades are excluded from returns.
Who bears the postage costs for a return?
Within Germany, we cover the return costs if you use our DHL returns portal at www.eiskunstlauf.shop/retoure. Returns from abroad are at your own expense.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Where is your store located?
Our figure skating proshop is located in Dresden (Germany) at Hartigstraße 1. Free parking is available in the neighbourhood. For route planning, you can also find us on Google Maps.
When is your store open?

Do I need an appointment for a consultation in the shop?
No, an appointment is generally not necessary. However, depending on the crowd, there may be waiting times.
Is a specific item currently available in the Dresden store?
Every item that is available to order in the webshop is also in stock at our store and can be tried on or purchased on-site.

Are the blades already sharpened?
Figure skates or blades are delivered by the manufacturer with a simple factory sharpening. For skaters training figure skating elements, we recommend professional sharpening.
Do you also sharpen figure skates?
Yes, we offer a professional sharpening service for figure skates and blades from the brands Risport, Edea, Jackson, Graf, MK and John Wilson. Please note that sharpening is not an instant service and takes at least one business day.
If you wish to send your figure skates for sharpening, please first order the „Skate sharpening“ product in our webshop and send the skates well-packaged to our address. After receiving your skates, the blades will be sharpened and returned to you.
Do you also offer blade mounting?
Yes, we mount blades on figure skates purchased from us. This service costs €15 per mounting. If you already have blades that you would like mounted on new skates, you can send them to us.
How do I find the right clothing size?
You can find size charts for various manufacturers under „Help“ on our website at „Size Charts“.
How do I find the right ice skate size?
To determine the correct size, please measure your feet. This guide shows you how to do it. Compare the measured values with the size chart to find the right ice skate size.
What blade length fits my figure skates?
Our size guide for selecting the correct blade length is available on our website under „blade sizes“.
What does the stiffness rating on figure skates mean?
The stiffness rating refers to the firmness of the skating boot. A higher stiffness rating provides more stability and support.
My desired item is currently sold out. Can I pre-order/reserve it?
If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page. As soon as the product is available again, you will automatically receive an email notification. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible.
Are figure skates sold in pairs or individually?
All figure skates and boots are sold as pairs. Sets include both boots and blades.
Are blade guards sold individually or in pairs?
All blade guards, whether made of plastic for walking or made of fabric for storage, are sold as pairs.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk pricing for all products. Once you order more than five of the same item, you automatically receive a 5% discount. For 10 items, you save 10%, and for quantities of 15 or more, we grant a full 15% price reduction! All information can be found on the „bulk pricing“ page.
