The Bunga Pads™ Gel Ankle Sleeve is designed to be worn around the ankle. It is NOT recommended to pull the gel sleeve over the heel or midfoot as this will overstretch the material. For heel pain, we recommend the Achilles' Heel Gel Pad and Bumper Pad.
